The Visa project entailed a space in which different payment scenarios could be physically depicted. The cafe bantou is one such scenario. It consists of a coffee stand that greets the user right at the entrance of the space.The different textures of wood, sisal rope and plant material create a unique feel while bring out the local materials. We designed the matatu grafiti and indoor seats fitted with screens accurate to context enabling users to board the matatu and feel the experience and alongside two human figures were created as wireframes showing how to stop a matatu in the various ways people do.
